How Do I Know If I Have an Entity Attached?
Many people sense something is off but aren’t sure if it’s an entity or just normal life stress. What kind of things do you detect in a Free Assessment?
I scan your energy field to detect anything that’s not aligned with your highest good. This can include spirit attachments, energetic implants, unresolved trauma patterns, and other interference that may be draining your energy or creating imbalance. I also check your energetic vibration—specifically, the color frequency you're energy resonating at—which reflects how much light you presently hold in your energy field. This gives insight into your vitality, spiritual resilience, and susceptibility to further interference. Physical ailments, as well as mental or emotional challenges, often tie into what I find. From there, I identify your top three priorities, giving you clear direction for healing.
What if I’ve never had energy work done before?
That’s perfectly fine—many of my clients are new to energy healing. The process is gentle, straightforward, and deeply effective. ֎ I'm happy to answer a couple of quick questions, and if you’d like more personalized support, you can book a phone/video consultation for additional guidance.
What do I need to do for my session?
To receive the best results, I ask that clients: ◈ Do their best to avoid alcohol, drugs, and cannabis for at least 24 hours before and after the session, as these substances can interfere with the energetic clearing process. Ideally, continue to limit or avoid them afterward to maintain results and support ongoing healing. ◈ Be open to the healing process and allow time for integration—usually about 24 hours. Give yourself space to rest, reflect, and tune in to any shifts that arise. ◈ Follow any protective recommendations I send after your session to help maintain and anchor the results.
How will I know when my session is complete?
Once I’ve completed your energetic clearing, you will receive a follow-up message confirming the work has been done. How many sessions will I need?
It depends both on the depth of interference and your own energetic resilience. What’s the difference between a Deluxe Healing and a targeted clearing?
Deluxe Healing is a deep, comprehensive clearing that removes multiple types of interference in one session. Best for those wanting full energetic realignment. Targeted Clearing focuses on one specific issue (such as entity removal, attachment clearing, or implant removal). Best for those on a budget or only needing a precise, focused clearing.
How do I prevent entities and implants from returning?
Once an entity or implant is removed, it’s gone permanently. However, new attachments and interference can occur if energetic hygiene isn’t maintained. That’s why I ask clients to review my Energetic Hygiene 101 guide pre-session. Post-session I provide specific tools that can be utilized to help keep your energy clear and interference free.
